Life doesn’t come with an instruction manual and if it did, I wouldn’t read it anyway. I’m a rebel, I’ve always been a rebel, I’ve been a rebel since before I knew what a rebel was. It took me a long time to embrace and accept who I am. Eventually through stepping in to a career in coaching and embarking on my own deep, inner soul searching I learned that the relationship I have with myself is the most important relationship I have in the world. I learned what it means to accept myself exactly as I am. I began to accept my past, my choices and the magic of how powerful I am to create each and every moment in my life. I now know what it looks like to be in powerful choice with all of what my life looks like. Living my truth, I get to support others to do the same.
My name is Emily, welcome! This is my website where I talk about all the epic things I’m up to in my life that pertain to coaching, live events and being a singer/songwriter. I am a certified life and business coach, I've been coaching professionally since 2013. I work with incredible individuals, namely entrepreneurs, corporate execs and small to medium size businesses. My clients are people who have an epic vision for their future or are longing to create one. Together, my clients and I co-create a path for the future that is completely and fully alive in support of the most optimal version of themselves and their businesses. It is my honour to facilitate this kind of social change, increased global consciousness and individual empowerment.

I am also a singer/songwriter, I have a deep calling to express my soul in musical form. In 2018 I recorded my first album, 8 Crows. You can find my music streaming and for purchase wherever you listen to your music. I am currently and slowly, working on my second album which will embrace my love for urban music.

“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, 'Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous?' Actually, who are you not to be? Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It's not just in some of us; it's in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.”
